Canadian North General Freight

Economical and dependable shipping of less time-sensitive freight. Your shipment will usually be available for delivery within 48 hours, giving you the time-saving benefits of air shipment. The acceptance guidelines may be reduced or increased when local operating conditions warrant.

Canadian North Guaranteed Premium Service

Guaranteed premium service gives you options for shipping your envelope, package or heavy cargo. You choose the flight best suited to your schedule and tender the shipment at least 60 minutes before flight departure. The acceptance guidelines may be reduced or increased when local operating conditions warrant.

Valuable cargo, extremely large or heavy shipments and dangerous goods must be tendered a minimum of three hours before flight departure. Pick up your parcel when it arrives or have it delivered at competitive rates.

Pickup and or delivery must be requested when you book your shipment. Guaranteed Air Freight will be held for pick-up unless "Delivery" is requested on the air waybill. We can deliver to any destination in Canada.

Canadian North Express Door to Door

Pick-up and delivery is available Monday to Friday during regular business hours. Drop off your shipment at any Canadian North Air Cargo office or call for a pick up. Due to handling regulations we cannot accept certain commodities for Canadian Express door-to-door shipments. Please ask for details and alternative services for these shipments.

Shipments can be sent prepaid or charged collect. Charge to your Canadian North Cargo Account, major credit card or cash. Contact our Canadian North Cargo Sales Manager to see if you qualify for a corporate rate.

Special Cargo

Canadian North realizes that the northern shipper's requirements are different. We understand the importance of delivering your cargo safely to its final destination whether it is valuables, perishable items, or your family pet. Special Cargo requires special handling!

Our cargo agents are available to answer your questions about the best methods for shipping various types of special cargo. Depending on the type of cargo you may be required to follow certain procedures and policies.
