November/December 2006
The holiday season is a
special time at Canadian
North. The airports are getting
busier with family and friends
travelling to see their loved
ones, the decorations are up
and everyone is bustling
around in preparation.
One of my favorite traditions
around here is to come
together with our staff to ‘help’
Santa by putting together 3,500 treat bags for Santa’s visit to
the children in many of the northern communities where we fly.
We thought Mr. Claus should get a chance to enjoy our Aurora
Class service before his big night on the sleigh. Check out our
website to see when we are bringing him to your community.
It’s also a busy season for many charities as they host special
fundraising events. At Canadian North we try to be involved in
as many of these as possible. We are proud to be a part of the
efforts of so many fantastic organizations throughout the year
by sponsoring airfares and in kind services to assist the
communities in which we live and serve.
I cannot think of a better time of year to express our gratitude
to you for not only flying with us, but for the feedback you
provide us. What you have to say is important and we
appreciate the letters and notes we receive from our
customers – both the complimentary comments and the ones
that help us improve our customer service. Last year, we got
over 500 comment cards and I personally read each one.
You can write to us using the comment card in your seat pocket or
by completing the
online customer comments form.
From our family to yours, we wish you a very joyful holiday
season and fantastic 2007!
